More Gymnastics

These are from Lizzie's gymnastics lessons yesterday. I can get photos of her on the beams, which are right in front of the parents' seating area, but the lighting is such that I can't get photos of anything further back. Videos work, though.

Thanks to some help of my sister Stephanie, here is my first video ever. You can see Lizzie doing a bridge--she's been helped into that position once before, but yesterday she did it twice. This is the second time she did it unassisted. There was one move in particular I was hoping to get a video of yesterday, but they didn't do it. In that one, she walks her feet up the wall backwards and walks her hands back towards the wall into a straight handstand position, then holds it for a moment and rolls forward out of it.

The second class Lizzie went to yesterday is called the 'Orioles' (two classes up from the 'Ducks' class she's been doing). She loved it, and she's been invited to sign up for that class. However, since it meets twice a week, it costs more than we had budgeted out for the other class for her gymnastics--we might just have to see if he'll let us bring her to one of the two classes each week or something.
